It's tall enough to hold European A4-sized paper. (It's 12.5 inches tall inside.)
The bag is now 1 inch taller, .63 inch wider, and .50 inch deeper than before. It now fits things that didn't fit before, like manila folders and many small laptops. (Remember, it's not actually designed to be a laptop bag.)
