FRONT SIDE
The front holds a protractor, two distance measuring scales and a EET table.

REAR SIDE
The rear side integrates two types of information:
- for use during normal, every day, flights
- for emergency situations (information that we once all knew by heart when we applied for the pilots' exam, but probably have forgotten today because we never use it - and hopefully will never have to!)
TECHNICAL PROPERTIES
- good readability;
- flexible material to make good contact with the aeroautical chart, unbreakable, no risk to scratch the wind screen when stowed on the dash board;
- rear side printed in reverse for quick turning over: just flip over from bottom to top (in stead of turning it over the full length, like on a regular ruler)

Wind Protractor

An easy-to-use navigation aid for flying on course and time

This unique protractor, developed and copyrighted by NavBox/The Pilot Shop, is flexible and fits into a flight shirt pocket.

Part of it has a special finish. This allows you to put a pencil mark for wind direction and speed, much in the same way as you would have done on a slide graphic computer.

The Windprotractor comes with ample illustrated instructions and examples.

Folding Navigation Plotter

Pocket-sized accuracy that folds out to a full-size (15 inches). The course line extends the entire length to measure true course from lines of latitude or longitude. Scales for WAC, Sectional and TCA charts are calibrated in nautical miles, statute miles and kilometers.Folded Size: 2-3/4 x 5-3/16 inches

PN-1 Navigation Plotter

The classic opaque background allows easy identification of WAC and Sectional chart scales. The laminated design protects visibility of printed scales for years to come. The scales are calibrated in statute and nautical miles. Size: 12-1/4 x 4 inches

Rotating Azimuth Plotter

Route planning made simple. One twist of the azimuth allows you to measure the true course or to determine the magnetic course. The PJ-1 also includes scales for sectional terminal area and WAC charts in statute and nautical miles. Size: 3-1/4 x 13 inches; 3-3/8 inches diameter.

SP-4 Student Plotter

A reduced version of the PN-1 Navigation Plotter, its fully transportable and provides students with a ready reference on the ground and in the air. The scales are calibrated in statute and nautical miles. Size: 9 x 1-1/8 inches

ASA Yoke Clip

Holds all the necessary flight paperwork right where pilots need it, leaving their hands free to fly. Simple to install, the black plastic, i-beam construction is strong enough to serve as a pilot's third hand. The clip is higher than other yoke clips, holding sectionals, approach plates, flight logs, checklists, flight computers, and pens in easy view. The unique, over-centering cam easily adjusts to fit all general aviation aircraft yokes without modification.
