GNS 5870 MFI

GNS 5870 MFI is the first high-sensitivity Bluetooth GPS Receiver for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and for other Handhelds (PDA, Notebook).

The GNS 5870 MFI offers a valuable addition to the navigation function for the iPod touch (2G and newer) and supports iPhone 3G(S) with optimized GPS data in difficult reception conditions.

The full compatibility of GNS 5870 MFI Apple products is confirmed by the "Made for iPod/iPhone/iPad" quality seal. The GNS 5870 MFI suports both these Apple devices, as well as the operation with NMEA based PDAs, Smartphones and other portable devices.  The recognition of the partner device is carried out completely automatically.

The GNS 5870 MFI has a high-sensitivity 32-channel GPS chip and a high-quality Bluetooth interface and even under difficult reception conditions such as near high buildings, the receiver allows reliable and wireless GPS reception. The GNS 5870 MFI offers flexible use in cars, motorhomes, motorcycles, aircraft and for use by walkers.

In the Cockpit:
