The founder of the company, Eugen Beyer, developed in 1937 the first dynamic headphone DT48 which proved to be a milestone in the development of the company beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG to an international audio specialist which was founded in 1924 in Berlin. Today beyerdynamic GmbH & Co. KG in Heilbronn has a first-class leading role at the market in headphones, microphones and conference systems. With the high quality demand beyerdynamic develops and produces in Germany innovative solutions for constantly increasing clientele.
